Martin has held senior roles supporting Federal, state, tribal, and local partners, as well as international private-sector clients. His expertise spans CBRNE readiness, cybersecurity, public health preparedness, and infrastructure risk. Leadership posts with firms such as Technip Energies, RMGS, Leidos/FEMA, SAIC, and The Olson Group included directing large training and exercise programs and multi-jurisdiction preparedness initiatives. A former EMS director and practicing paramedic, he brings practical insight to high-stakes decisions.
