Board-certified in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Pead brings experience across hospitals, military medicine, and disaster settings. He has served as a U.S. Air Force Flight Surgeon, Detachment Commander with Missouri’s 139th Medical Group, and Aerospace Medicine Chief in Europe, supporting flight and ground personnel. His publications and national presentations in toxicology and emergency care reflect a commitment to advancing the practice while keeping teams operationally sharp.
