Jessica has been with RSI since 2021, bringing experience in operations and administrative support. She is passionate about developing efficient processes that enable employees to provide exceptional assistance when needed.

With a background in emergency management, Jessica served as a Planning Section Chief on an Incident Management Team (IMT) during COVID-19, Hurricane Laura, and Hurricane Ida. She has also worked as an EMT and EMS dispatcher, bringing valuable coordination skills to high-pressure situations.

Outside of work, she manages a busy household with her husband, five children, and three pets. Always eager to learn, she enjoys trying new activities and is open to new opportunities. She believes in the power of service, both in her personal and professional life, to help others and foster growth.
