Hospital Support

Hospitals and healthcare systems operate where urgency meets complexity. At RSI, we help leaders cut through both. Our support goes beyond meeting requirements—we deliver strategic insight, operational clarity, and collaborative frameworks that make preparedness practical and sustainable.

Whether it’s refining surge protocols, aligning with federal benchmarks, or building strong partnerships across coalitions, RSI brings the tools, expertise, and people-first approach to elevate response capacity.

We collaborate with hospital leaders to safeguard patients, empower staff, and strengthen systems for whatever comes next.

Standing with hospitals to turn planning into action, training into confidence, and preparedness into safer care for every patient and staff member.

RSI’s work with hospitals is shaped by one simple truth: when hospitals are prepared, communities are protected. We understand the daily pressures—staffing shortages, regulatory demands, financial constraints—and design solutions that meet those realities head-on.

Our team is different. Yes, we have clinicians, public health PhDs, and seasoned emergency managers. But just as importantly, every RSI staff member has been there—on the ground, in the chaos, living through the very disasters we now help hospitals prepare for.

We’ve supported hospital evacuations during Hurricane Gustav and Maria, staffed COVID-19 isolation and surge sites, coordinated Louisiana’s Tactical Operations Center (TOC), and deployed alongside hospitals during major hurricanes, floods, and wildfires. We know what works because we’ve done it ourselves.

That lived experience, paired with strategic know-how, is what sets RSI apart.
