Diedre Reusser, MSN, RN brings decades of clinical, public health, and leadership experience to her work at Response Systems, Inc. At RSI, Diedre serves as a Registered Nurse Consultant, supporting public health preparedness, emergency response planning, and disaster operations. Her deployment experience includes serving as a Public Health Nurse Consultant for the Massachusetts Regional Public Health system, where she helped develop county Emergency Distribution Site (EDS) plans, strengthening coordination between state and local agencies. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she deployed to Louisiana as a Division Supervisor at a COVID Isolation Camp, overseeing multidisciplinary clinical teams, coordinating with state partners, and producing daily Incident Action Plans. She also served as a Charge RN during hurricane response operations in Puerto Rico.

Beyond RSI, Diedre has held leadership roles across healthcare settings, including RN Clinical Care Coordinator, hospice case manager, hospital and long-term care nurse, and Health Department Director and Health Officer for Marion County. In that role, she issued public health orders, acted as Public Information Officer, led epidemiologic surveillance, and guided communities through the COVID-19 response.
