Tony Mullen is the person you want when the radios crackle—an EMS leader who pairs calm command with deep community roots. At RSI, he brings expertise in EMS operations, incident command, disaster logistics, and organizational leadership to help partners plan and respond with precision.

A Paramedic with Taney County Ambulance District and Coroner for Taney County, Tony conducts medicolegal investigations with professionalism and interagency coordination. For more than 20 years, he has also served as a Logistics Specialist with Missouri’s Disaster Medical Assistance Team (MO-1 DMAT), coordinating resources and site setups during major deployments.

Beyond the incident scene, Tony mentors EMTs and paramedics, serves on local boards, and volunteers at his community food bank—guided by a belief that real service starts with service to others.
