Allison Zelikoff builds healthier systems by connecting bedside realities to program-level change. For more than a decade, she has combined clinical nursing, public health, and education to improve safety and well-being for workers, patients, and communities. At RSI, she helps organizations strengthen occupational health, improve safety systems, and design training and preparedness initiatives that support both employees and the public.

Allison’s background includes nursing leadership, direct patient care, program management, and teaching. She has led large occupational health programs at major medical centers, managed high-volume COVID-19 testing operations, coordinated interdisciplinary teams, and served as adjunct nursing faculty. Her global health work includes a Rwanda needs assessment supporting academic partnerships.

Anchored in service, Allison brings a collaborative, evidence-based approach to every project—and mentors emerging professionals who will carry this work forward.
